This hotel was great value for money, with affordable prices that included basic amenities. The location by the river was picturesque and added to the overall charm. The staff were helpful and kind, especially the friendly lady with the free hair. The rooms for two people with AC were comfortable and spacious, with clean bedsheets. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the ferry for Tioman island was a major convenience.

No major improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The room was good sized. A cool bonus was nearby Calypso, that offered tea and coffee. Plus, it has public parking nearby.

This place is a great option for exploring the popular attractions in the area. The standard family room offers a lovely view of the garden and comes equipped with coffee/tea makers and a washing machine.

The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the spacious rooms with double beds and AC are just what you need. Additionally, breakfast is included, making it even more convenient.

The hotel is located a few minutes away from the jetty where boats depart to different islands in the area. the hotel offers reasonably priced rooms, which is great if you are traveling on a budget. The room was also equipped with a good Wi-Fi connection, which was helpful for catching up on work.

The hotel staff was not very friendly or helpful during our stay. They did not provide information about the hotel facilities, and when we asked a question, they did not seem interested in helping us.

The air conditioning was strong, perfect for the hot weather during my Easter holiday. the hotel was conveniently located near transportation options and the internet worked great. That being said, the reasonable price was a plus.
